Returns Information

Here at Cambridge Oak we always strive to offer excellent customer care. If for any reason you are not toally satisfied with your purchase you can take advantage of our seven day no quibble guarantee. If you pack the items back up in the original packaging we will arrange for the item to be collected from you and we will refund you less collection within 30 days.   Items which are faulty will be refunded in full when we receive them back, no collection charge will be deducted.   Items not returned in original boxes will not be accepted.  By buying items from this website you agree to the terms set out above.

Any items which are collected are still covered by our seven day guarantee. Simply bring the items back to us and we will either refund you or replace the product.

It is worth pointing out that we have very few items returned and are very confident you will be very happy with your purchase.

All of our furniture is individually hand made.  Each item is made by a skilled cabinet maker, therefore no two pieces can be gaurenteed to be exactly the same.  Variations in colour may occur.  This is from the naturally occuring colour in the timbers used.   Each item is hand sanded and hand finished also, so again no two items can be gaurenteed to be identical.   This forms part of out terms and conditions.
